Positive: . Good location. Quite nice Spanish restaurant opposite.
Negative: Very bad smell, not very clean, We had to open the door to survive. Normally I do not complain but those very good opinions were very misleading for me.

Positive: Location, it was at an intersection and across from a bar/restaurant but didn't gear any noise. Pretty much a bit south of what I guess to a"hub" of activity, but still plenty to keep things going.
Negative: Can't say too much bad, I only stayed one night and just needed to shower and sleep. Sparsely decorated , but not a big deal.
