Ocean Breeze Free Parking! Apt 1

It was a nice, clean place to stay that was close and easy access to the beach! Easy to connect with the host!

TERRIBLE! NOT WORTH THE LOCATION Positive: Location Negative: Terrible place and very dated, old and loud window AC that can't keep up, terrible sheets and blankets, the towels are almost transparent and the size of a napkin. They could spend $5k and make it much better. Super dated place and basic. Spent the night sweating because its too hot.

Great communication and check in, perfect location right along the beach road and walking distance to everything... Had an issue with the bed frame falling apart which was quickly fixed, they claimed to be buying a new frame so hopefully that happens immediately. The AC sounds like a freight train and barely cools the place down, definitely should be replaced. Despite the small issues I would stay here again for the location and price.

Cozy stay for a couple nights. Positive: I liked that it was close to the venue and beach. Cozy spot without a lot of foot traffic. Cute little efficiency. Bed was comfy. Negative: Not very clean, dirty dish left in microwave. We stayed 3 nights and only 2 small towels were provided. No electrical outlets in bathroom and only a few in room. Was going to make coffee which was provided, but there was not any filters provided. We had a ground unit so the upstairs unit was very loud. Felt like they were stomping and moving furniture around all weekend. Cute place if the price was reasonable, but they jack up the prices for Tortuga Festival weekend. So $1300 for the weekend was absolutely ridiculous. If the price was cheaper it’s worth the small inconveniences.
