Nice stay

Positive: It was a little more run down and old than we expected. Bugs in the bathroom both days. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were way too hot for Florida weather. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. I understand the booking was non refundable because you possibly could have rented that night out. Maybe a credit would be nice for another property at another time.

Lovely quiet stay Positive: The property is quiet, easy to access and seamless check in process. I was working during my stay and mostly just needed a place to crash, this was perfect for that. There were no noisy neighbors and the place was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay again. Negative: Everything was great.

Negative: A chair in the studio would be nice

This was a last minute booking it served its purpose but I wouldn’t like to stay here again Positive: Location Negative: Very small needs to be updated some black out curtains would have been nice more parking options a small table with chairs also would have been nice and the porch light was not working appliances outdated
