Fantastic value by the beach!
Positive: Fantastic location and great host! Very responsive. Room had a stove top, microwave, fridge, and sink for a great little kitchenette. Parking and checking in was simple and flexible.
Negative: It seemed like the AC was a little weak and not extremely cold while we were there, but it may have just needed draining or something. Wasn't a huge deal.
